• Shipping & Delivery
• Jewelry will be shipped using a ground carrier with a flat shipping rate of $4.95 (excludes displays). Items should arrive within 5 business days. At this time, Cherished Moments ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Nor does Cherished Moments ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.



• Return Policy
• We will guarantee our jewelry to be made of the highest quality materials and free from any defects. If within 90 days you have any problems we will be happy to replace the jewelry at no cost to you. Our warranty does not include normal wear and tear and accidental circumstances to which children's jewelry is exposed. If your beaded jewelry should break after the 90-day period for whatever reason, we will fix it for a minimal fee of $5.00 plus shipping.
